Ms Ntlatlapa is a Lesotho national who has a B.Com Economics, B.Com Honours in Management and M.Com in Business Management. She is steeped in academia, training and development with experience in developing and implementing curricula, implementing innovative training methods and lecturing. Her areas of expertise are mobile payments, digital finance and the use of technology and proper research to enhance and improve businesses from both the demand and supply side. She has held positions at the Home of Aggressive Entrepreneurs Lesotho, University of Free State and Botho University. As Managing Director of the company is she is responsible for steering the company in line with the strategy, mission and vision of the company.
